30-day return window

If something is not right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, intimate items such as silk eye masks and sleepwear are returnable only if unopened and in their original sealed packaging; opened hygiene items cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email support@sohotale.com with your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged. We will send return instructions within 1 business day.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a quality issue or our mistake, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
